Generational change at HEULE
06.01.2026 | Transition from the second to the third generation: Rik Heule has taken over operational responsibility for HEULE Werkzeug AG on 1st of January 2026.
HEULE Werkzeug AG has reached a significant milestone in its corporate history: on 1st of January 2026, Rik Heule took over operational management as CEO from his father Ulf Heule. The third generation is now leading the family-run company, founded in 1961, into the future.
Ulf Heule has shaped the company as CEO for around 20 years and successfully developed it further with his commitment, market knowledge and strategic vision. He has also been Chairman of the Board of Directors for several years. With the handover of operational responsibility to his son, Ulf will now focus entirely on supporting the management team in an advisory capacity and thus ensuring that the family-run structure remains strong in the long term. Rik Heule has been directly involved in the company for over 10 years. After training as a polymechanic at a different company, he quickly returned to HEULE. There, he worked in various departments for several years and gained a comprehensive understanding of products, processes and the customer needs. With additional business management training, Rik Heule is now well prepared for his new role as CEO. He wants to continue HEULE's success story with modern approaches, new technologies and innovative strength.
