Mechanical deburring tools deliver precise and, above all, reproducible results when removing burrs. In contrast to alternative deburring methods , they massively reduce process times, as no upstream or downstream work steps are required and they can be integrated directly into the existing production process.

Deburring on both sides in a single operation eliminates the need for time-consuming turning of the workpiece and the spindle does not have to be stopped. This leads to optimised process times and therefore high cost efficiency.

Deburring tools with a movable blade adapt flexibly to workpieces that have different tolerances due to production or clamping – for example, cast parts. The movable blade deburrs only on contact with the bore edge. The result is reliable and consistent deburring. Circular deburring tools or countersinking tools, on the other hand, deliver a deburring result that is too large or even none at all.

HEULE deburring tools (e.g. COFA, DL2) are particularly suitable for precise and challenging applications due to their high precision and durability. HEULE not only offers a standard range, but also deburring tools customised to your application.

Yes, the deburring tools from HEULE are suitable for both even and uneven bore edges. Thanks to the spring-loaded blades, the tool automatically recognises the bore edge, even if there are tolerances (e.g. cast parts).

HEULE tools are ready for use without presetting and are characterised by their extremely simple design. This enables safe handling during blade changes and maintenance. Instructions for changing blades are available in the media centre .

Even if your application has unusual requirements, the deburring specialists at HEULE will endeavour to find the perfect solution for you. For this purpose, either existing tool systems are adapted (e.g. working length) or completely new systems are developed.
