Deburring begins at the design stage.

For simple bore machining, the earlier we are involved in the process, the better the workpiece and production sequence can be optimised. This simplifies and reduces the cost of the deburring process.

The 1:1 test results are impressive.

For new developments or demanding applications, the HEULE test centre is available for detailed testing. The customer is very welcome to participate in these in-house tests.

Testing at the customer's facility.

If the customer requires assurance that the proposed tool solution will achieve the desired result, they can conduct tests in their own plant prior to commiting to a purchase. If required, specialist staff are available for on-site support.
