Proposed solution
HEULE recommended a customized combined COFA drilling and deburring tool (GH-C-O-10247 with drill GH-1C21T-21.0) with COFA12 deburring blade (GH-C-M-0087, spring W-type). First, it is drilling the hole, then deburring the front bore edge. After passing through the hole, it is deburring the back bore edge while retracting the tool at working speed (without stopping the spindle).
Machining parameters:
- Cutting data drilling:
Speed: 200 m/min
Feed: 0.2 mm/rev. - Cutting data deburring:
Speed: 45 m/min.
Feed: 0.4 mm/rev. - Coolant: external coolant
