The customer is looking for a solution to deburr the front and the back of the cross bore automatically.

We have suggested the proven COFA tool system which was the first tool worldwide featuring the ability to deburr even and uneven bore edges forward and backward in one single pass. It removes the burrs radially from the bore edges without requiring to turn the workpiece or to stopp the spindle.

Our answer to the task: a COFA5M/Ø5.4 standard tool with a H spring

Cutting speed vc: 60 m/min
Working feed: 0.2 mm/rev.
